Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Fair and transparent policies for order cancellations and refunds.

Order Cancellation

  • Cancellations are only permitted before the order has been processed or sourced from our suppliers.
  • Orders for parts with established lead times (e.g., 10-12 weeks) cannot be cancelled once the order is accepted and procurement has commenced.
  • In case of unexpected stock-outs or extreme lead time changes beyond the initial quote, customers will be notified for optional cancellation and full refund.

Standard Policy: Once an order is specifically procured, imported, or shipped, cancellation is strictly not permitted.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are considered only under following conditions:
  • Delivery of an incorrect part number compared to the order confirmation.
  • Verified functional failure or manufacturing defect.

Requirement: Claims for functional defects MUST be accompanied by a detailed **technical test report from the customer**.

Non‑Refundable Items

  • Orders accepted with a **lead time of 10-12 weeks** or more.
  • Special-order, customized, or NCNR (Non-Cancellable, Non-Returnable) parts.
  • Items with tampered seals, broken original packaging, or signs of use.
  • Components damaged due to improper handling or ESD by the customer.

GST on Refunds

GST Compliant
  • All refunds will be processed via Credit Note as per GST regulations.
  • Adjustments will be made based on the original tax invoice.

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within **7 days** of delivery for eligible items.
  • Must be in original, unopened, and ESD-safe packaging.
  • An **RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)** is required before returning goods.
  • Lead-time orders and special procurements are strictly non-returnable.

Refund Process

    Provide invoice number, high-resolution photos, and **technical test reports** clarifying the issue.

    Product inspection and verification by our quality team.

    Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Important Notice

Electronic components are sensitive items and must be returned unused and in their original condition/packaging to be eligible for a refund.
